Dina loves a good BBQ...
For citizens who live in the United States, Happy Memorial Day!
This is a day for kicking back and giving reference for those who have given their lives so we can relax.
Even though it is a legal holiday complete with banks and federal offices closed today, the T.V. shows we love so much are still being aired. Reality Television especially.
Epecially with Not Dogs and BBQ tofu on the grill
As I write this, I am hanging out with some friends and the grill is on with delicious food on it (in my case, it is BBQ tofu, salad and veggie kabobs). Later on, we will play cards (preferably UNO) and watch some reality shows. My people are partial to American Gladiator. As we smack our fingers still soaked with mesquite sauce, we will cheer on our favorite contestants. Millions of others in the United States will do the same.
Enjoy your holiday today and if you just happen to have some corn on the cob, save some for me!
