Jean-Philippe Susilovic has worked in restaurants all over the world and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to wine and cuisine.
He realizes that a good maitre 'd is not just about the food. Jean-Philipp's job is to make sure that every single patron leaves his restaurant with an experience they will never forget. And, when dining at Hell's Kitchen, it is likely that this is not a problem; good or bad, dining there is always a unique experience.
On Hell's Kitchen, Jean Philippe uses is expertise to not only keep the customers happy, but to manage the wait staff, and advise the novice chefs who are competing for Gordon's prize positions each season.
