Dog the Bounty Hunter Available on DVD

Season 1

Duane “Dog” Chapman is an interesting fellow. He is a former criminal who works as a bounty hunter. He is middle aged but you would never know it from his decadent hairstyle and tight leather outfits. He was born and raised in America’s heartland but now he and his family reside and operate their business within the lush backdrop of Hawaii. Now available on DVD, Dog the Bounty Hunter: The Best of Season One will introduce you to this born-again Christian whose job is to canvass the tropical landscape, chasing down bail jumpers.

Dog doesn’t do it alone. He is teamed with his fierce blond wife Beth, his son, nephew and a “blood brother” who all team up to shake up the criminal community in Hawaii. True, you do not want to mess with Dog and his crew, but even dangerous as the work is, Dog is a family man. He chases down fugitives one minute and plans a birthday party the next. Talk about a life of polar opposites. Yet, it comes across as very entertaining and fun.

Season 2

Dog and his family of bounty hunters are back for a second season and DVD installment: Dog the Bounty Hunter: The Best of Season Two. If you have skipped out on your bail, you do NOT want to run into this guy. Or his wife or his kids for that matter.

Season Two continues the tradition that began in the first season:Dog with the 80's hairdo and leather garb that would make members of PETA revolt; his tough as nails wife Beth who is a like Marilyn Monroe is she caught criminals for a living; his best friend who shares not only his last name but a passion for justice; and his children that can and will kick your butt any day of the week.

Dog and his brood has made bounty hunting funny to watch as viewers watch what his daily life is like within the seven episodes that are included in the set. A&E has brought us an unlikely anti-hero. He is tough, he is compassionate, he has a style that is reminiscent of your favorite rebel movie from 1987. The season of the Dog as arrived.
