Hulk Hogan's son arrested
As the furvor about the incendiary nature of the recordings of Nick Bollea talking to his father from prison continues, reports that Nick is now suing the sheriff’s office for releasing the tapes.
The fallout has been major since the discovery of the tapes wherein Nick showed little concern or remorse for the accident or his friends condition, but seemed more concerned about his budding career on a reality show. The parents of the victim have since filed a lawsuit against the Hogans. Nick’s attorney David Houston appeared on Nancy Grace in an attempt to defend the family’s actions, but Nancy seemed unmoved by his arguments.

We’ll have to wait and see if the judge in the case is more understanding.
To be fair, the loops that are being played are but a small portion of the 26 hours of conversation that was released, but they are quite damning.
The tapes imply that not only is Nick not remorseful about what has happened, but that he is trying to capitalize on this tragedy to launch his new reality show and “make as much money as possible” when he gets out.
It was comments like this and his complaining about the conditions of his minimum security cell that sparked the controversy. Now with a lawsuit pending against the Hogans and his own lawsuit pending against the sheriffs office, it doesn’t look like this will be going away anytime soon.
Meanwhile Hulk Hogan is remaining silent about his son’s troubles and his pending divorce, letting the family lawyer do all the talking for him.
