This man is a retired football player and has two Superbowl rings that he earned for his athleticism and determination. He played for the Denver Broncos as a cornerback
So for the new season of 30 Days, Morgan Spurlock has gotten Ray Crockett to spend 30 Days in a wheelchair to see what it would be like. It is interesting how a person who was celebrated for his agility will have to adjust to life as a person who cannot walk on his own.
Without watching the show, it is a mystery on how the story will end. To be frank, Crockett will only spend 30 days in a wheelchair, and while he may discover a new viewpoint, when his month is up, he will use his legs.
He will be in one of these for 30 days
There are many athletes who don’t have any legs that compete in tough competitions to show their strength. The ING New York Marathon is a premier sporting event that is one of the world’s great road races and it attracts over 100,000 applicants every year. This event which draws over 300 million television viewers has a wheelchair event and some of the best and strongest contenders compete in this category.
Ray Crockett’s 30 day experience can show what it is like to be in a wheelchair but as shown with the ING New York Marathon, it isn’t about being in a wheelchair but how a person decides to live their lives that count.
